Focusing on your mental and physical health is the best way to thrive in this complicated world.  Nothing affects your mind and body more than a nutritious diet, regular physical activity, optimized sleep, and a mindful approach to life.  Prioritizing them is simply the most effective way to bring about positive change.
The premise of this site is simple.  For true, lasting change you have to build a strong foundation. “Band-aid solutions” and fad diets might get you results in the short term, but they rarely last. Instead, we want to start off with the very basic, but also most important areas that are within our control—the foundation that influences every other action we make. Without optimizing these fundamentals, all other personal growth and development you wish to pursue will be put in a precarious position, prone to collapse at any moment.

That foundation is based on the four areas that impact your life the most.  They are The Four Pillars — practicing Mindfulness, regular Exercise, a nutritious Diet, and consistent Sleep

Scientific literature has consistently shown that individually, each one has the power to help you think more clearly and make better decisions; to fend off illness and make you healthier; to increase confidence and give you more energy; to alleviate depression and increase motivation. Optimized together, they become a powerful force that can transform your life.

Prioritizing and continually developing these four areas of your life is simply the best, most efficient way to create positive, cascading changes that have the greatest impact on you.

Unfortunately, the sheer amount of information out there has made it complicated and overwhelming to know exactly where to begin when one wants to start making changes to their lifestyle.  The short-term goal of this site is to make it as easy as possible to get you started, as that is the most difficult barrier.  The long-term goal is to make sure you stay on track, not for the next week, or even a month, but for the rest of your life.

This site aims to be more than just a curated directory of the most useful content on the internet— it also provides much needed guidance to see you through to your goals.

It's time to stop letting life pass you by and start taking control.  Stop dwelling on regrets and start giving your life more meaning.  The tools and information you need to make change are waiting for you.  Now it's your turn to take the next step.

“In a year from now, you'll wish you started today.”
